So when my brother Michael and I built PUUR Health and Wellness in Houston, I did what I'd done my whole career. I went out, learned what I didn't know, and built the system. ClinicianCEO is that system, given to clinicians who don't have years to spare.

It depends on your state. Many NPs need a collaborating physician rather than a traditional medical director, and requirements vary state by state. We secure the right relationship through our trusted partner network.
90 days is the typical launch timeline. Telehealth and mobile clinics can move faster. Brick-and-mortar sometimes takes a bit longer due to lease timing. Your entity, EMR, and website are live by the end of our engagement, or we keep working at no additional cost.
About 1 to 1.5 hours per week. The program fits around a full-time clinical job. Your job is to make the key decisions and show up for weekly check-ins. We handle the rest.
We work in all 50 states, including restrictive practice states. For states with collaborative practice requirements, we help secure a collaborating physician through our network. The setup phase is a bit longer, but it's absolutely doable.
